Bastille Metal Works is the leading producer of custom cast zinc countertops and cast pewter countertops in the world. We also handcraft custom cast zinc range hoods, pewter range hoods, and furniture. Each unique project is designed with your individual choice of edge profile, metal, and finish.

We work directly with residential clients as well as award-winning architects, designers, and restauranteurs to create high-end looks housed in a variety of settings. Our styles range from traditional Persian bistros to ultra-modern luxury hotels to everything in between. We pride ourselves on accepting envelope pushing design challenges in zinc and pewter, while combining state-of-the art technology with the highest level of craftsmanship.

The company was founded by Christopher Plummer and Katiana Plummer. Chris's interest in the intricate patterns of antique metal work and passion for restoration lead him to develop a design company based on creating handcrafted works of art. Chris has revolutionized the use of zinc and pewter designs for luxury residential and commercial projects.

Bastille Metal Works successfully brought a centuries-old, beloved French craft to the United States and modernized it for its 21st century application. With our recent expansions we have defied all limitations and transformed traditional metal into a new art form.

Today, our custom zinc countertops and furnishings are not only sold throughout the United States and Canada, but are also displayed world-wide in Asia, South America, Australia, and Europe, including the location of zinc and pewter's heritage- France.

We invite you to browse our website and find an inspiration for your home or commercial project. Be sure to also visit our Facebook page as we continually update it with current projects and photos.
